In a recent study contributing to the WCRP Grand Challenge on Extremes, Wartenburger et al. examine how different changes in global mean temperature (1.5°C, 2°C, or higher) would impact regional extremes. Their research paper is in particular notable for introducing a user-friendly online interactive plotting framework. The paper is hence an excellent example of how research results can be condensed, publicized, and provided as an online service.
