Hotels
There are many good hotels in Brussels. The Climate Institute has recommended we stay in or near the Quartier du Châtelain (south part of the city) since this is relatively good both for the city centre and for getting to the Climate Institute (which is in the south). The following link gives some discounted rates for hotels in this area: https://groups.guestreservations.com/EventPage7278455
Since many of these hotel offers are time limited we suggest you book as soon as possible. In case of difficulties please consider alternative booking sites such as booking.com
