Travel Arrangements for Invited Participants

Participants will be contacted by the travel agency, Travel and Transport, Ames, Iowa, USA, most likely by their agent Shiva Arigapudi (SArigapudi@tandt.com).  

Attendees should plan to arrive at ICTP on September 25 and depart on September 28.  The workshop will end at around 17h30 on September 27, so evening departure is also possible.

Note that the travel is funded by a grant from the U.S. National Science Foundation, therefore there are rules requiring the use of U.S. air carriers as much as possible. This might affect your travel options, even if you are not flying from or through North America. Please contact Bruce Hewitson (hewitson@csag.uct.ac.za)
