Meeting Venue
 The meeting will be held at the Eibsee Hotel in Grainau/Garmisch-Partenkirchen, Germany. The hotel is situated at an altitude of 1000 m, directly at the Eibsee, in the middle of the alpine panorama surrounding Germany's highest mountain, the Zugspitze.

Accommodation
It is the responsibility of each participant to book their own accommodation at the Eibsee hotel. The catchword for the booking will be provided to the participants by email.
To book a room and to confirm participation, we are kindly asking you to use the “Participation Form” and to return it to the Eibsee Hotel by 22 August 2014 at the latest.
Free cancellation is granted until 22 August 2014, and individual cancellations afterwards will be charged as outlined in the form. The booking includes accommodation and conference fee with lunch and dinners. There is no other opportunity nearby for lunch or dinner, so the group lunches and dinners at the Eibsee hotel as outlined in the form are recommended.
